Eugene Dokes, was born and raised in North St. Louis City.  At the age of 17, he graduated from high school, and joined the U. S. Navy, as an aircraft mechanic. Four years later, he left the Navy as a War on Terror Veteran, and with a philosophy built around honor, courage and commitment.

Eugene then got his Realtors License and started working on his degree at Columbia College. He graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration (Management), and minors in two areas; Psychology, and Sociology.  He is currently working on his MBA.

Eugene and his wife Kenyota are co- real estate agents, and co- owners of a real estate investing company.  The two of them have been married for five years and have three young children together. They are members of Hope Church, where they both donate their time for the good of the service.

When elected, Eugene pledges to encourage residential growth and business opportunity in North County. He also is focused on neighborhood preservation, and lower property taxes. He vows to increase communication between citizens and the governments.  Eugene is focused on the preservation of family life, and making St. Louis County a great place to raise children.  Most of all, he has a will to see each citizen be given and use an opportunity for prosperity and success.
