Eugene Dokes started his career as a Real estate agent for Coldwell Banker Gundaker at the age of 24. That same year he started a real estate investment company; and two years later he became a broker and began his own real state agency, “e.Dokes Real Estate Brokerage”. His understanding of business deepened as he earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration with minors in Psychology, Sociology, and Management from Columbia College. Eugene later earned his Master’s degree in Business at Lindenwood University and is currently finishing his PHD in Organization Management (Business) at Capella University. With only one semester left, Dokes is at the top of his class with a perfect 4.0 GPA.
Eugene states that his motivation for succeeding in education is the pride that he feels from knowing that his education can be used to help fuel economic growth in
St. Charles County. His love to see people prosper does not expire with businesses. Evidence of this is his self- published book, Purple Hearted; a spiritually inspired nonfiction that teaches success, achievement and fulfillment.
Dokes is a “War on Terror” Veteran; a Navy man, he joined the military only one week after graduating high school at the age of 17. There he quickly became a supervisor, earned his Enlisted Aviation Warfare
Specialist (EAWS) wings and received numerous
medals including Battle “E”, Good Conduct, and National Defense Medals. Still, no titles please him
more than “husband” and “father of three”.
